TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The course fees must be paid, in full, no later than 15 days prior to the start of the course. Knightguard reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are no paid on time.
All cancellations must be at least 15 working days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled within the 15 working days of if the delegate fails to attend the course, the full course fee must be paid.
Changing delegate details
There will be no charge if a substitute person from your organisation or allocated individual wishes to replace the original delegate on the same date and same course.
Should it be necessary to transfer to another course within 15 working days of the start of the course, a fee equivalent to 20% of the full cost will be charged.
Cancellation of courses by Knightguard and changes to course content
Knightguard reserves the right to alter any of the courses content without prior notice. Knightguard also reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. I these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
